Coming Spring 2025

NOMI

Inspired by a need for innovative living solutions, NOMI is a modular, multigenerational apartment building which incorporates modern design elements. The floor plan concept for each condo includes 5 bedrooms with independent ensuites. This project also takes environmental impact into consideration and features an exterior front facade made up of photovoltaic solar panels and the whole building — and each unit — is to be fitted with Smart Technology to improve overall efficiency. NOMI’s goal is to create an environment where inner city living is both enjoyable and accessible to an array of household sizes.
