WELCOME TO NOMI

Modern technology and design focused on creating sustainable inner city living.

Inspired by a need for innovative living solutions, NOMI is a modular, multigenerational apartment building located within one of Calgary’s most culturally significant regions. The floor plan concept for each condo includes 5 bedrooms with independent ensuites, with the option for individual owners to modify their unit configuration as needed. Each unit includes a fireplace and windowed walls that allow for plenty of natural light. Units will also be fit and finished with a luxury designed specification and are intended to be both durable and timeless. The communal rooftop patio is expected to be fitted with a hot tub and barrel sauna and boasts incredible city views. The back patio space is to be fitted with built-in barbecues and seating and the front patio will also be fitted with outdoor lounging and a fireplace. A stunning porcelain feature wall characterizes the building’s exterior.

 

Beyond the incorporation of modern design elements, this project also takes environmental impact into consideration. It is being intentionally constructed in a pedestrian-oriented zone, with each unit also being sold with a rough-in for electrical vehicle parking. The exterior front facade is made up of photovoltaic solar panels and the whole building — and each unit — is to be fitted with Smart Technology to improve overall efficiency. The objective is for this building to be a newly memorable icon amongst the city’s highrises and act as a catalyst for more forward-thinking architecture. Its close proximity to the Stampede Grounds, upcoming Convention Centre, 17th Avenue, Calgary Tower, Stephen Avenue, and Mission make it a central access point to arts and culture within the city. NOMI’s goal is to create an environment where inner city living is both enjoyable and accessible to an array of household sizes.
